Since the Eleventh Five-Year Plan,the relevant departments of the CPC Central Committee,the State Council and the local governments have been conscientiously implemented the Opinions of the State Council on Further Strengthening Fire Work,making remarkable progress in China's fire prevention work.However,with the rapid development of economy and society,public's awareness of fire safety and modern social management requirements are not suited to the problem,the fire safety situation is still grim.In order to improve the quality of fire safety and reduce the hidden dangers of fire safety,the fire department needs to organize the fire inspection work,but the fire inspection work mainly has the following problems:Firstly,instant messaging transmission blocked,the main person in charge of the fire department can not grasp the actual work of fire inspectors first hand situation;Secondly,it is difficult to collect and collate the inspection data,the records of the inspection record are kept by paper,the analysis and statistics of the examination results cannot be carried out in time;Thirdly,the management of the patrol plan is not properly managed,can not form a flow management mechanism.In order to serve the fire management system,to further consolidate the basis of fire work better,the thesis start with the fire inspection,designed a fire inspection system which combinedwithQR code and Digital Watermarking,hoping to solve existing problems in the fire inspection work.QR codes with error correction ability strong,and the advantages of large capacity,easy to identify,inspection system through mobile terminals in the scan QR code to carry out the inspection work,not only realizes the checking work paperless,but also ensuresthe actual arrival rate of the inspectors.However,because of the open encoding scheme of QR codes,there is a lack of strict anti-counterfeiting method,which makes it slightly less confidential when applied to the fire patrol system.The Digital Watermarking technology uses the image information in the existence of the characteristics of data redundancy,the fire inspection process secret information hidden in the QR code,in order to achieve information hiding,enhance inspection and other security role.Therefore,combined with digital watermarking technology and QR code technology,to a large extent to improve the QR code security capabilities and fire inspection system security.The work of this thesis mainly includes the following:The research of the digital watermarking algorithm is based on QR codes.After understanding and analyzing the coding and decoding principle of QR code,the watermark information is embedded in the module junction according to the error correction coding characteristic of QR code,and the method of adjusting the location of QR code module by key control watermark information embedding position.Experiments show that the algorithm is better than the existing algorithm in the performance of embeddable capacity and resizing attack.Design and development of fire patrol system with QR code watermarking.The system is divided into two subsystems,one is the fire inspection on web management subsystem,which is based on the jeesite framework for development,realize the routing management review plan,system management and fire control facilities resources,unified management of firefighters,and the watermark generated contained QR codes,and other functions.Another is the fire inspection mobile terminal subsystem,the system implements the query inspection plan,scan the QR code inspection facilities,upload the inspection results,and other functions,also has the planning path,locate the map function such as fire control unit.The use of fire inspection system,improve the information-based level of the fire department,fire inspection work efficiency and effective management of the basic situation of fire control facilities,to ensure the inspection personnel must be real,solved the problem of the inspection results timely upload.
