With rapid economic growth of the word,energy consumption is also rapidly increasing,it lead to the problems of inadequate reserves of resources and environmental pollution that gradually erupted.In order to solve this problem,the micro-grid technology which include wind power,photovoltaic and other clean renewable energy power become the important content of the global economic,environmental and energy strategy.Micro-grid technology is the core technology to solve the problem of resource shortage and environmental pollution,which has been widely concerned by the government and experts.The development of micro-grid technology is constrained by the reliability and security of micro-grid system,the large-scale micro-grid is limited by the geographical and environmental conditions,it is difficult to micro-grid-related technology research,so small-scale laboratory micro-grid system has become an important way to study micro-grid technology.In addition,micro-grid system operation costs less and environmental hazards less to promote micro-grid technology to accelerate the development of micro-grid system for optimal operation of the study has become the focus of recent research.In this paper,the design and implementation of small-scale laboratory micro-grid system platform is studied and analyzed,and the economic and environmental optimal scheduling of wind-diesel storage micro-grid system with environmental pollution is studied.The main work is as follows:Firstly,considering the functional requirements of the microgrid system in the laboratory,the design idea of the microgrid structure composed of the monitoring layer,the network communication layer and the underlying device layer is put forward.The corresponding modules or software are used to design and integrate the modules.Laboratory small-capacity micro-grid platform is an important way to study the micro-grid system stable operation and other issues.Secondly,the design and development of micro-grid system monitoring software.The function of each module of the monitoring software is analyzed,and the monitoring software of micro-grid experimental platform is programmed by using Python script language and MySQL database and PyQt interface development kit.Software function realization includes software main system interface,power generation unit interface,energy storage unit interface and load interface function.Then,the system model of wind and solar storage micro-grid is established.Under the prerequisite of satisfying the constraints of the system and each model,the goal of micro-grid economic cost and environmental cost is established.And the genetic algorithm is used to solve the joint target,and the optimal scheduling scheme with different proportion of economy and environment is worked out.
