With the push of science and technology,gas-liquid two-phase flow has widely used in petroleum,medicine,manufacturing,aerospace,biological field in recent decades.Gas-liquid two phase flow measurement technology has been widely attention,from 2D measurement gradually developed to 3D measurement,provides the study of the gas-liquid two-phase flow a broader research platform.Image processing and image reconstruction have became main research object in the field and constantly obtain theory and technical achievements.In this paper,the subject experiment measuring principle of gas-liquid two-phase flow parameters and obtained images based on the high-speed photography method,set the software platform based on OpenGL,proposed in view of the gas-liquid two-phase flow characteristics of 3D reconstruction algorithm.Design 3D reconstruction results evaluation system,achieve the result of the image processing algorithm optimization and error compensation through further research and comparison.This topic research work summarized below:1.Design and optimize image processing algorithm.Image processing algorithm design,including image graying,difference image,image reverse color,median filter,threshold segmentation,etc.According to the characteristics of several denoising algorithm and based on the theory of wavelet analysis,optimize median filtering and threshold segmentation algorithm by wavelet denoising.2.Research and analysis image matching technology status in domestic and foreign,to achieve fast and accurate image matching algorithm.Combined with the subject study,according to matching constraint conditions and image processing technology to achieve the high precision matching algorithm based on the outline and logarithmic coordinates transformation.Greatly improve the matching speed at a high speed based on the bubble contour features.Logarithmic coordinates transformation is suitable for the experimental subjects under the high density of bubbles based on contour feature matching,matching evaluation system suggests that log polar matching precision higher and higher success rate.3.Based on image preprocessing and image matching algorithm,design image interpolation algorithm.According to analysis on characteristics of high density bubble of multiphase flow,experimental verification polynomial interpolation can meet accuracy requirement and obtain a better visualization.Design image interpolation evaluation system and analyze result data,it shows polynomial interpolation has higher precision interpolation and shorter program running time.4.3D reconstruction based on OpenGL platform design.Through the further research in the experimental subject,OpenGL software platform is suitable for gas-liquid two-phase flow 3D reconstruction algorithms and visualization.According to parameter accuracy and visual requirements,the experiment platform to realize software design such as image window size changes,rotation transform,background rendering,multiple angle of view,hardware control.
