In the deepening of the reform of the power system,the new situation and system to the Chinese power grid enterprises has brought new opportunities and challenges,but also gives the power enterprise new mission.Power marketing information system has accumulated a lot of experience data.Through the analysis and processing of these data,we can draw out the valuable information to the enterprise management from the data.Then we use the multi dimension and graphic mode to display the information.From macro to micro,we can provide the management information for management,and provide better service for power marketing management.Therefore,the establishment of the Inner Mongolia Power Company marketing management and control system is undoubtedly an important basis for achieving the above objectives.Through collecting and recommending relevant literature,this research is based on the management mode and the complicated marketing system data,which is based on the relative lag of the Inner Mongolia Power Company marketing business,so that the managers can not control the marketing foundation work process,influence the enterprise's management level,and establish a technical support platform,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the management level and economic benefits.The work of this paper mainly includes the following several aspects:1,The system needs analysis and the overall design,the system from the overall architecture mainly includes five functions: management index,business process,index system,management and control task and system management.Index of operation management is one of the dynamic display of the core business indicators,including electricity sales,average price,capital distribution function;business process monitoring is around the daily work of marketing business marketing according to the professional classification index,of different professional business indicators for analysis,control and alarm operation;management index system can management and maintenance of control subjects and to the control unit threshold information management;control task mainly aiming at the problem of management and control of the collection of classification,distribution and processing;management system is on the control of the organization system,management personnel management.2,Detailed design and implementation of system modules,especially for business indicators,index system,management and control tasks and system management and business process monitoring five major functions of a detailed design and implementation.3,Learning and understanding of the marketing management and control system related technology,using B/S and C/S mixed mode system structure,and the use of SpringMVC+Hibernate combination framework for development,and the use of Oracle database to solve the system's real-time access and load balancing and other issues.The biggest characteristic of this system is that it can realize the management and control of the work process of the marketing foundation.It is found that the business is abnormal,the management and the control,on the one hand,it provides convenience for the management of the leadership and the key index of management.On the other hand,it provides a more efficient service for the daily users.
