With the development of China's market economy and financial modernization,cash and all kinds of documents have been replaced by a variety of cards.The smart card,though it appeared last,is the most promising one.It will replace the now widely used photoelectric card,bar code card,magnetic card and become the mainstream.Smart card consists of hardware resources and the chip operating system COS(Chip Operating System)with COS being the core.Therefore,it is necessary for us to do some research on the hardware resource and COS system.The research contents of this thesis are originated from the science and technology project of the Ministry of Communications and Transportation.The key technology and coding system for the application of radio frequency identification in traffic and transportation industry are studied.A contactless smart card(CPU card)which is a branch of the IC card is widely used in transportation,health care,finance and identification.However,the core technology of the CPU relies heavily on foreign mature technology,affecting the cost control of CPU card.The main content of this thesis is the Suzhou Guoxin company development of high performance and low power consumption 32 bit microprocessor et100 chip as the main control chip,and carrier for 13.56 MHz RF chip is connected,in accordance with international standards iso 14443 and IS07816 to CPU design development board and COS system card.Besides,the CPU card development board is composed of ET100 chip,radio frequency chip,antenna and power supply.It can meet the Type A standard of IS014443 and communicate with the reader.Cos system development mainly includes four modules:data transmission,command analysis,file systems,and safety verification with the file system being the main part of the COS.The file system development is made up of file initiation,file creation,file delete,acquisition of data file,file search and file data write.Command format is to follow the provisions of the IS07816 agreement.In this thesis,a test platform is made up of CPU card development board,card reader and host computer.The FLASH reading and writing function and the test of different types of structural file models are designed.The upper computer software can freely control the sending order through the reader,and the response of the CPU card development board is obtained,which is convenient for the communication test between the development board of the CPU card and the card reader.ET100 chip software development environment is the Code Warrior integrated development environment,and thus it can facilitate the development of the COS system;CPU card development board fully comply with the Type A ISO14443 protocol,and can communicate with all the reading and writing equipment on the market which follow this agreement,Facilitate the debugging easily by the host computer software;There is high portability for the COS system to be transplanted.In addition to some of the underlying hardware drivers to be modified,the main file system can be easily transplanted.
