CEMS(Continuous Emission Monitoring System)is a device that continuously monitors the concentration and emission of gaseous pollutants and particulate matter emitted from air pollution sources and transmits information to the environmental protection department in real time.With the continuous advancement of power environmental protection in our country,environmental protection departments gradually strengthen the monitoring of pollutant emissions for power plants,through the CEMS to achieve real-time monitoring of power plant sewage.However,in the process of implementation,it was found that some of the power plants modify the CEMS flue gas meter to produce false reporting data in order to meet the emission requirements.For the environmental protection department,finding false data from the pollutant database with high data volume and high data dimension by means of manual analysis,it is not only inefficient but cost inflation.To solve this problem,this paper introduces the data mining technology to replace the original manual data analysis method.Based on the characteristics of the numerical data of gas,the strategy of extracting the information from the fuzzy association rule is established.In order to solve the shortcoming of the current fuzzy association rule extraction algorithm,an improved scheme based on adaptive clustering is proposed.Class initial clustering center selection method to improve the efficiency and accuracy of mining fuzzy association rules and enhance the applicability of the algorithm in this paper.Combined with the improved algorithm,this paper develop an intelligent CEMS gaseous instrumentation supervision system.The system is composed of data terminal,data transmission end and monitoring center.The data terminal is made up of the CEMS host computer distributed in each power plant.The data transmission unit is realized by GPRS DTU.And the monitoring center end is responsible for realizing the monitored data.Through the improved fuzzy association rule algorithm,to assist the monitoring personnel to realize the analysis and recognition function of data.This system not only meets the needs of the environmental protection department for remote centralized monitoring of distributed CEMS,but also realizes the intelligent supervision of CEMS instrument,which has positive significance for the cause of electric power environmental monitoring in our country.
