Grating projection technique has been widely used in large surface shape detection,cultural relics protection,three-dimensional reconstruction,industrial testing,national defense,military,etc.because of its large range,high precision,real-time and other advantages.The system structure and measurement error can be greatly improved by Researching simulation system.Arbitrarily arranged fringe projection profilometry simulation system is focused on in this thesis.And oblique projection and vertical projection are included in the simulation system.The major innovational work is as follows:1.Simulation system based on oblique projection optical axis projection measurement is proposed.In the new simulation system,the optical axis of the projector and the optical axis of the camera do not need to intersect at one point,and the phase values of the grating on the surface of the object and the reference plane are obtained by the translation and rotation of the coordinates.The new simulation system improves the judgment method of the shadow area.Iterative method is used on the determination of the shadow region on the reference plane,and the vector method is used on the surface of an object shadow region judgment.The scope of application is expanded and the calculation speed is improved by the combination of the two methods.2.Projection measurement simulation system based on dual cameras is proposed firstly.In the new simulation system,the optical axis of the projector is perpendicular to the reference plane of the measured scene,and the optical axis of the camera and the reference plane are inclined to each other.The two cameras Symmetrically placed can be contained by such a positional relationship.Therefore,the new system has a large measurement range,can be used easily.3.Defocus simulation and distortion simulation is included in fringe projection profilometry simulation system firstly.The function of defocus simulation is added according to the principle of lens camera imaging,and The function of distortion simulation is added according to the causes of lens distortion.
