The Design And Implementation Of Multilingual Mongolian-Chinese-English Dictionary Resource Management Platform

This paper is based on the traditional Mongolian,Cyrillic Mongolian,Chinese and English multilingual contrast repository for the object,setting the multilingual Chinese-English dictionary resource management platform.This platform repository covers more than 30 dictionary such as the current mainstream of the traditional Mongolian and Chinese,Cyrillic Mongolian Chinese,traditional Mongolian and Cyrillic Mongolian-English and the total number of the reference entry is nearly more than 1.5 million.The establishment of the multilingual repository provides the basic resources for Mongolian natural language processing,and the protection and inheritance of the Mongolian language is of great significance.The resource management platform is mainly according to the different language query terms to explain,the repository of comprehensive management and maintenance function,make the resource pool management and the use of more convenient and accurate.Because of the large number of controlled thesaurus terms,so in this paper,the resource index is established to enhance the efficiency of retrieval.The resource management platform for query function module,adopted a B+tree data structure to the series of Mongolian language-Chinese,Cyrillic Mongolian-Chinese,traditional Mongolian-English and Cyrillic Mongolian-English dictionary indexing,etc.B+tree index is the database that is commonly used in a index technology,B+tree index support sequential search and random search,so by B+tree index algorithm effectively improves the dictionary query efficiency.Because the Mongolian belongs to the cell adhesion language,so this paper,based on the formation of Mongolian characteristics of traditional Mongolian stems suffix segmentation processing,make the traditional Mongolian query is more accurate and effective.System of traditional Mongolian default sorting and Mongolian word mother sort order at ordinary times.So this paper established sorting system which is based on the rules of traditional Mongolian,and applied in traditional Mongolian retrieval results and resource management and maintenance.
