Indoor positioning technology based on Wi-Fi(Wireless Fidelity)is the focus of current research,which has a lot of advantages,such as simplicity,convenience,and good precision.Especially,this technology can be widely deployed and applied because Wi-Fi devices have been widely used in actual application,so this technology has become the starting point of this paper.This paper is based on the existing indoor positioning technology,relying on the sub-topics “Research and application of pedestrian guidance information service technology in key areas” in the project “Key technology research and demonstration to promote transportation integration in Beijing”.In this paper,we mainly study the design and implementation of the indoor fingerprint positioning technology in a traffic hub.Among them,we mainly design and improve the location fingerprint positioning technology.Firstly,this paper makes a systematic study on the different fingerprint localization technologies.In the pattern matching,various kinds of similarity degree(European Distance,Cosine similarity,Jaccard Distance,Pearson Correlation Coefficient,etc.)are compared,and we select the algorithm combining Pearson correlation coefficient and European distance.A pattern-matching algorithm based on PWNN(Nearest Neighbors based on Pearson correlation coefficient and Distance-weighted)is proposed according to fingerprint correlation of Wi-Fi signal strength.And this matching method does not only improve the positioning accuracy,but also solves the problem of positioning efficiency.Compared with other traditional positioning algorithms such as WKNN(Weighted K-nearest Neighbor),the overall positioning error is reduced by nearly 30%.Secondly,in order to solve the problem of tracking the motion positioning,this paper integrates the terminal sensor information,using PF improved particle filter(Particle Filter)to track the location,and combines the fingerprint pattern matching algorithm for switching.And it can be shown that the algorithm can eliminate the positioning logic errors,reduce error and improve the feasibility of the positioning algorithm through the actual test.Finally,an indoor positioning and tracking system based on PWNN and improved particle filter algorithm is discussed at detail in the design and implementation of theclient and server modules.And by many experiments,it can be shown that the positioning system effectively reduces the positioning error,especially the effects of tracking and positioning in the terminal motion state can be achieved in order to improve the positioning of practicality.
