With the continuous development of the maritime shipping industry,the number of ships is increasing,the possibility of maneuvering occurs when the ship sails becomes bigger and the the maritime traffic environment becomes more and more complicated.Therefore,The requirements of the accuracy and stability of radar maneuvering target tracking will be higher and higher.In the system of maneuvering target tracking,the filtering algorithm is one of its core technologies.In this paper,the filtering algorithm is studied,and some improved methods are proposed.Firstly,the principle of target tracking was summarized including target tracking mode such as CV and CA,Singer model and the "current" statistical model,and the Singer model and the "current" statistical model have been studied through the simulation results.Then,the filtering accuracy of the maneuvering frequency and the mean square error is different,which lays the foundation for the further analysis of the filtering method.Secondly,the Kalman filter algorithm,the extended Kalman filter algorithm and adaptive Kalman filter algorithm are introduced,which are applied to tracking filter.The maneuvering target is simulated and analyzed by the mean square error and the filter graph to analyze the tracking effect.Then,based on the current statistical model,the adaptive extended Kalman filter is introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of its filtering effect are analyzed.The adaptive extended Kaman algorithm based on maneuvering frequency is studied,and the feasibility of the algorithm is proved.An improved adaptive extended Kalman filter algorithm is proposed,and the simulation is carried out to demonstrate the effectiveness of the algorithm.Finally,the Sage-Husa adaptive filtering algorithm and the simplified Sage-Husa adaptive filtering algorithm are introduced,and the calculation method of weighting coefficients is improved.Then,the maneuvering frequency adaptive algorithm of weighted coefficient algorithm and the adaptive filtering algorithm is added to the improved adaptive extended Kalman filter algorithm,and an adaptive extended Kalman filtering algorithm based on weighted compensation is proposed,the simulation proves that the algorithm is effective.
