When the solar radiation reaches the ground,the band below 280nm is almost completely absorbed by the atmosphere,forming a blind area of solar radiation.In the "solor blind" band,the background is very clean and the target signal extraction is easy.This technology has been widely used in corona detection,missile warning,ultraviolet aided landing and ultraviolet search and rescue.The research on the related technology of the core detection solar blind ultraviolet ICCD module is great significance to the application of the solar blind ultraviolet detection technology.In this paper,we study the related technology of solar blind ultraviolet ICCD module.From the application requirements,principles and components,fabrication and testing techniques to carry out the work.The main research are the following aspects:1.The characteristics and applications of solar blind ultraviolet detection technology are analyzed.The application of the solar blind ultraviolet detection technology in corona detection,missile warning,ultraviolet aided landing and ultraviolet search and rescue is described.2.The components of the solar blind ultraviolet ICCD module are studied.The structure and principle of the solar blind image intensifier,which is the core component of the module,are described in detail,meanwhile the testing methods are also analyzed.The other components such as the fiber taper,the image intensifier power supply and the CCD sensor are also analyzed.3.Research on the fabrication technology of the module.The micro pressure sensor is used to monitor the pressure of the fiber coupling in real time.4.Finally,ICCD module is designed and fabricated,and test system is set up to test the performance of the module.The results show that the module reaches expected performance.
