With the development of control theory,communication technologies and electronic computer,the networked control system has been used even more widely in the industrial control field.The data transmission and exchange of each node of the networked control system is carried out through the communication network,so it will inevitably generate the random network time-delay,and this will affect the system control performance.To deal with the challenges brought by the networked control system,it is urgent to design the control strategy which is suitable for the actual control system and aims at improving the control performance of the system.this thesis includes the time-delay prediction section and the controller design section.Firstly,this thesis recommends the background and current research status of networked control system and summarizes the research results of scholars at home and abroad.Secondly,this thesis introduces the basic knowledge of networked control system.To determine the necessity of the time-delay research,we need to analyze the basic structure of the networked control system and the composition of the networked time-delay.We use the TrueTime toolkit to build simulation experiments platform.The influence of delay and sampling period on the stability of the system is deduced..Thirdly,this thesis introduces the basic principle of particle swarm optimization algorithm and BP neural network algorithm.An improved PSO-BP composite algorithm,which makes preparations for time-delay prediction is proposed.The historical delay data are obtained from the simulation experiments and a good predication result is achieved with it through the data processing and simulation verification.Finally,this thesis analyzes the predictive control algorithm.Combine with the problems encountered in the industrial production process,the PI type implicit GPC control algorithm is proposed.After the inferential analysis,a controller design scheme based on improved PSO-BP delay prediction scheme and PI type implicit GPC control algorithm is put forward.And the simulation results indicate that the proposed scheme has a good compensation effect.
