With the development of aviation industry,more and more complicated control system of aircraft,not an independent unit,generally involves many research units of collaborative research and development,in system debugging,will involve communication between devices,different research units of the equipment require doing.One way is to put all the subsystems together,the on site and handling requirements are extremely high,another way is to put all the equipment connected by cables,but each module may have many different interfaces,often requires a lot of cables,and decay resistance is weak in electric cable the distance is short,can be connected.This requires a means to be convenient and effective to connect the various devices connected together.At present commonly used reflective memory and Gigabit Ethernet to achieve,but relating to transmission delay and delay stability have their shortcomings,this thesis according to the demand,carried out extensive research on signal relay,analysis the pros and cons of existing solutions,aiming at the trouble of the remote laboratory system debugging,such as a signal can't transmit long distance that need to long distance transmission and fault location for the transmission network,the all-round analysis,put forward a solution based on optical fiber relay slot exchange scheme,multipurpose avionics relay system(Multipurpose Avionics Relay System,MARS).The scheme converts the electrical signal and the digital signal through the electrical interface card,and then converts the digital signal into the optical signal through the optical adapter.On the basis of this scheme,the overall design of the system and the detailed design and implementation of the main functional modules are carried out.Finally,according to the design of the system and the actual test and application,the performance and application prospect of the system are evaluated.Through the use of the system,it can effectively reduce the cost and complexity of the experiment,and improving the quality and progress of the development.
