Facing with the grim situation of the increasingly depleted land resources,many coastal countries in the world have put forward their own marine research and development strategy,and China will also put a marine power into the national strategic planning outline.Exploring how to improve the development and utilization of relevant resources at sea without undermining the marine ecological environment is the only way for us to build a maritime power,promote the economic development of the blue industry and realize the great cause of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.With the advancement of the marine development strategy process,marine fishery production activities have increased,marine tourism and the exploitation of oil and gas industry have generally developed,ocean shipping industry because of its low price has become the first choice of a variety of transport modes,and the number of maritime staff activities have increased significantly.In order to promote the smooth development of maritime related enterprises,it is urgent to establish a practical and effective maritime wireless communication network,which can provide remote communication support for the majority of users.At present,the technical means that can be used for maritime wireless communication were less.Not only that,the marine communication environment change unpredictably,wireless signal exists diffraction,attenuation and multipath effects and so on.These have led to the frequent disruption of communication links.Due to the limited storage capacity of the node,it will cause permanent loss of information too.In view of this feature,Delay tolerant network is used in this paper.It can be used to solve the problem that the information link cannot be built successfully due to the accidental interruption of the communication link caused by the node movement or the environment change.In this paper,the historical background and the development status of the current marine communication is analyzed.Then,a variety of network types including delay tolerance network are introduced.After that,the communication mode and some routing algorithms of nodes in the current network are discussed and the mathematical theory of the anycast routing algorithm is introduced.Finally,the sea delay tolerance network model is proposed on the basis of the above theories,and the modeling and simulation of the random trajectories of fishing vessels in a sea area of the South China Sea are carried out in the MATLAB environment.In the sea heterogeneous network model proposed by this article,the movement between ship and ship is relatively independent,and the base station of the land mobile communication network is connected with the wireless transmitting point of the sea through the optical fiber.In the wireless communication networks of the sea,the generation of data packets in maritime wireless communication networks follows the Poisson probability distribution.Considering the sea wireless emission point cache capacity is limited,this paper introduces a communication mechanism with limited time of existence,based on which the communication performance of the delay tolerant network is analyzed.Finally,the network performance such as the average network delay and the delivery rate is studied,with the influence of the changing factors such as the survival time,the number of fishing vessels,the number of wireless transmitter and the coverage of wireless network.
