With the development of society,people's demand for products is becoming more and more diversified and personalized.Besides,product's material function is no longer the main concern for users,the emotional aspects of the product more and more attention,and product form is the emotional expression of the user the most effective way.Therefore,dealing with the emotional factors in product design,allowing users to get physical and psychological satisfaction is particularly important.In this paper,the writer re-designs robot shape to better meet user's emotional appeal.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,this paper introduces the relevant theory of shape design elements,the content of shape design elements and the principle of shape design.According to the composition of shape design:Material function and plastic arts,"practical" and "aesthetic" principles in shape design.Combining with using situation of the robot and target user,the writer gets the orientation of shape style that satisfies this paper 's robot,and then designs modeling elements,proportions and colors.Then,according to orientation of shape style analyzed before,modeling elements of proportion and color,the writer begins to analyze deeply.Based on stylistic elements,this paper analyzes characteristics of typical humanoid robots at home and abroad,using situation of robots and characteristics of target users,and draws a conclusion that the trend of robot style.Based on this style and under existing robot shape,this paper comes to details of robot shape.For proportion in modeling elements,through analyzing the process of early philosophers for understanding nature from shallow to deep,this paper derives inference.It is found that golden section conforms to the above-mentioned inference,then this paper considers human body's proportion of golden section as robot's proportion.For color in modeling elements,based on the context of robot and characteristics of target user,color orientation of the robot is derived from three aspects of color contrast,color perception and color formal law.Finally,feasibility analysis is carried out.Through analyzing how to use Open GL in Visual Studio environment,and the method of importing model in professional modeling software into Open GL,this paper finally imports the model into simulation software.
