There are kinds of industrial robots in our life,robot teaching method has become increasingly complicated,seriously affected its' work efficiency,increasing the operating costs,leading to the conflict between productivity and production relations,joint type measuring machine as a necessary equipment in the process of reverse design,it is similar with six degrees of freedom robot structure,high precision measurement,data processing and convenient.Therefore,the paper puts forward using joint type measuring machine guide robot teaching method,multipling features to extract object and importing to the robot system,this kind of teaching method is simple in operation,also can quickly achieve the teaching of the robot.First,drawing lessons from the research fruits of robot kinematics,detailed analysis of the structural features of joint type measuring machine based on function similar to that of teaching is simple,carry easily,constructed based on the joint type measuring machine guide robot teaching plan,optimizing the traditional teaching methods.Secondly,the motion model of robot and measuring machine was established by coordinate transformation method,and the matrix transformation between robot and measuring system was completed.Based on geometric drawing and parsing,the configuration of robot and measuring machine is completed,and the formula for determining the shape is derived.Based on the principle of the reappearance of the display,the paper discusses the ways of avoiding the singular and solves the existence of the singular value.Finally,the interpolation algorithm is used to analyze the teaching method of the joint measuring machine which leads the robot point to point and arc.Using curve surface non-uniform rational b-spline algorithm,implements the curves and way of teaching,further validated based on joint type measuring machine to guide the robot teaching method research.The result of the research of the appeal has realized the robot teaching based on the joint measuring machine,which provides the theoretical basis for the further study of the robot teaching?...
