In recent years,the increasing pollution of the environment has resulted in the increasing incidence of digestive tract diseases.In view of the specificity of the digestive system,so far there is no more effective and scientific diagnostic methods,especially in the small intestine,and the main methods of diagnosis and treatment are lack.Compared with the traditional diagnosis and treatment methods,the human gastrointestinal non-invasive diagnosis and treatment system has a great advantage in the diagnosis of such diseases.The system consists of a magnetic capsule,an external magnetic field data acquisition device,a magnetic capsule positioning device and a magnetic field data processing system.The key technology of the planar magnetic sensor array based on AMR is the key to realize the non-invasive diagnosis and treatment system.The thesis is divided into the following five chapters.The first chapter,firstly introduces the progress of magnetic capsule positioning technology background,significance and technology in the domestic and foreign research;second block diagram of the overall scheme and system overview of the key technology of the system;finally summarizes and puts forward the main work.In the second chapter,the selection of sensors is first proposed,and the appropriate sensors are selected according to the requirements.Secondly,the layout scheme of sensor array is introduced.This paper uses 16 AMR sensor composed of a planar magnetic sensor array,and an almost full coverage of the human digestive system,magnetic detection to more standard capsule position;finally,to complete the design and debugging of hardware platform,the hardware platform mainly includes two modules which are FPGA interface board module MCU control panel module.The interface board is directly connected with the sensor array module,its function is to upload the magnetic signal sensor to the control panel;control board used to achieve control of the sensor,and the magnetic signal to the PC end of the upload software processing platform.The third chapter mainly introduces the magnetic signal acquisition and processing software based on Labview platform,the platform can be used in the real-time control of sensors,each sensor and display the waveform and the corresponding magnetic signal intensity,magnetic field signal data acquisition can be in the form of files stored in the specified location of the computer.The fourth chapter first introduces the magnetic dipole model,then gives the solving method of magnetic dipole model in Cartesian coordinates and forward modeling,finally introduced the positioning principle of magnetic capsule and put forward difference method to reduce the interference of the geomagnetic field.The fifth chapter summarizes the thesis and puts forward the further research plan.
