With the continuous development of science and technology,it is very important to protect the quality of liquid impurity products.Because the liquid products must guarantee the quality and safety,else the liquid products harm to the people's health,and even to the people's life brought great loss and damage.Now some domestic production of liquid products business is mainly based on artificial and image processing technology to detect impurities in the liquid,but the based on artificial impurities detection method to detect transparent liquid in the contrast of low impurities,the more time-consuming,workers due to prolonged detection of liquid products caused by their decline in vision,and thus cause the detection of impurities,unstable,low reliability problems.Therefore,many domestic and foreign researchers have studied the method of liquid impurity detection,and puts forward some detection methods,but there are few researchers to study the method of detecting low contrast impurities.Therefore,this thesis mainly studies how to accurately detect the low contrast impurities,how can we improve the accuracy of detection.And the traditional impurity detection method is used to detect the impurities with low contrast,then the problems encountered in the testing process are analyzed,and then from the background to suppress the interference and keep the contrast low as the starting point,do the some research.The work and innovation of this paper are as follows:(1)The traditional impurity detection method was used to detect the low contrast impurities in the transparent liquid,and the existing problems were analyzed and an improved scheme was put forward.(2)In order to solve the problem that the image and the transmission process are affected by the background and the external environment,this paper proposes a Gaussian homomorphic filtering preprocessing algorithm,which effectively solves the interference problem of background and illumination unevenness to low contrast impurity,and increases the low contrast impurity detection accuracy.(3)An iterative threshold detection method based on wavelet transform is proposed,which completes the effective segmentation of low contrast impurity and background,and finally achieves the detection accuracy of 7 gray levels between impurity and liquid.This method can effectively avoid the interference of impurities in low contrast inhomogeneous background and lighting,and detected the transparent liquid of low contrast impurities,the detection precision is reached 7 gray level between liquid and impurities.
