Dimensional measurement of the surface contour of the object is a new technology which developed in recent years.It obtains the 3D point cloud data of the spatial surface profile of the measured object.According to the collected surface data of the object point,the object can be geometrically detected or three-dimensional reverse modeling,with fast,accurate and efficient advantages.3D sensor is based on the structure of three-dimensional measurement technology developed a new type of measurement sensor,non-contact on the object surface contours of three-dimensional measurement.The measurement process will not cause damage to the surface structure of the object,but the sensor can only be measured at a time on the surface of a three-dimensional point on the surface,can not directly achieve the overall surface of the object to be measured surface scan measurement.In this research,the 3D sensor is used as the basic measuring device to fix the analyze in the precision translation orbit.The screw and the stepping motor are used to drive the translator to be translated,so as to realize the surface roughness measurement of the object to be measured.Set of three-dimensional scanners.The device can be applied to the workpiece geometric detection,shape repair,can quickly and accurately complete the scan,access to the workpiece full of the full range of surface features.The main contents of this research are as follows:1.The overall structure of the system is designed,and the measurement model of the global three-dimensional laser scanner is established based on the line-structured light 3D sensor.2.The calibration method of the system is studied,and the corresponding reference scale is designed as the calibration target.The calibration of the relationship between the smart sensor and the translation guide is realized by a set of images of the reference ruler.At the same time,the two 3D sensors can be calibrated In the coordinate system,the calibration process is simple and effective.3.Developed the global three-dimensional scanning data acquisition software.4.The calibration accuracy of the system after calibration is verified and the actual scanning measurement experiment is carried out.The measurement accuracy of the system can reach 0.03 ~ 0.13mm(depending on the size of the measured object).
