Information security is an unavoidable problem in the Internet Era.In recent years,Aiming at supervising the construction market behavior normalization and informatization,the department of housing construction in Henan built the construction market supervision integration platform.And thus,the research and design of security mechanism for the platform is particularly important.To solve the security problems of construction market supervision platform,this paper designed a security mechanism of supervision platform by the authentication mechanism based on improved RSA algorithm and Ukey,authorization mechanism based on improved ARBAC97 access control scheme.At last,this security mechanism was applied to the construction supervision platform of Henan province.The application of more than one year indicates that this scheme provides effective security guarantee for construction market supervision platform of Henan province.This paper analyzed the current situation and development trend of the RSA encryption algorithm and access control model.According to the security requirement of construction market supervision platform,the whole architecture of security mechanism for supervision platform was designed to ensure its safe operation.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Through the analysis of security requirements and system structure of supervision platform,the whole security mechanism was design.Then the encryption mechanism,access control mechanism and Ukey authentication mechanism were discussed.At the same time,the operation mechanism of the whole security architecture was analyzed.2.Aiming at the slow generation rate of improved RSA key proposed by M.Thangavel,the widely used Solovay-Strassen and MillerRabin primality testing algorithm is analyzed and compared,this paper presented a comprehensive primality testing algorithm.The comparison and simulation showed that the comprehensive primality testing algorithm make the computation speed of the improved RSAalgorithm increase 21%.All the encryption strength and operation efficiency of the supervision platform were fulfilled.3.The improved RSA algorithm was applied to the construction market supervision platform of Henan province.After Ukey was configured to the platform,the driver of Ukey was designed.And the improved algorithm was fixed in the driver of Ukey.At the same time,management system of Ukey was developed,user identity authentication module of the platform was designed to ensure the legitimacy of the users.4.According to the characteristics of the various types,a huge number of users of construction market supervision platform,an improved access control scheme based on ARBAC97 and the corresponding database were designed.To ensure the resources of supervision platform were authorized and managed flexibly,the access control rules and the corresponding access control system were implemented.The result shows that the security mechanism designed in this paper can well meet the security needs of the construction market supervision platform in Henan.
