With the progress of the times,the modernization of enterprises needs,the way of hand-workshop production has been not applicable to the current market environment,based on the production line of high efficiency,low cost,more and more enterprises,factories began to use the production line Production.At present,the development and application of the pipeline production mode in the manufacturing industry is already very mature,and most of the research on the production line of the pipeline is optimized for the existing production line.Therefore,in the design of the pipeline,the traditional manual mode of operation,to improve the efficiency of this aspect has a certain significance.For the pipeline design,mainly from the technical design and organizational design of two aspects,and finally the need for the design of the pipeline in accordance with certain indicators to verify that its feasibility.In this paper,combined with the original production situation of the pharmacy in the affiliated hospital of the university of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper designs the pharmacy line and the production layout of the pharmacy in the traditional pharmacy for the low efficiency of the traditional manual production process.And improve,and combined with Witness simulation software for the design of the production line simulation analysis to verify the operation of the production line.The specific contents of this paper are as follows.(1)Through the field research of pharmacies in the Chinese medicine bureau of affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine university,this paper will understand the production prprocess and current situation of Chinese medicine pharmacy,and use the relevant methods to analyze the actual situation and find out the problems in the production process of Chinese medicine.(2)Combined with the actual data,from the technical design and organizational design of two aspects of the pipeline design,including production line station settings,unveiling design,production line balance,and the production line of hardware equipment selection,improvement of station equipment design,design a line with the Chinese medicine pharmacy production process of the pipeline.(3)Analyze and improve the whole production layout of the pharmacy in the traditional Chinese medicine bureau,and use the Witness simulation software to establish the simulation model and improve the feasibility and rationality of the pipeline design.Through the use of relevant theoretical methods of industrial engineering,the Chinese medicine bureau pharmacy with the new design of the pipeline to optimize the improvement,making the pharmacy with the pharmacy line to achieve balanced production,greatly improving the efficiency of dispensing operations,but also reduce the patient's waiting time.Simulation was carried out by Witness simulation software to verify the feasibility of the pharmacy production of the pharmacy.This paper proves the feasibility of the transformation of the pharmacy from the workshop to the production line of the traditional Chinese medicine bureau,and provides some theoretical and practical basis for the pipeline design of other industries.
