The Design And Implementation Of Visualization Analysis And Mining Tools For Complex Network

With the development of social networks and complex networks,many researchers have begun to use the mining method based on visualization to analyze various phenomena and solve practical problems.In these methods,the network model was been carried from the dates of the research area and then the mining method based on complex networks was been proposed.Finally the visualization of the network structure and the results was been displayed.The computes software was needed in the whole process,such as the mining of the network,the visualization of the results,etc.Nevertheless,many researchers were not familiar with the development of computer tools,which delayed their research process.Therefore,a visual analysis tool towards complex networks was urgently required.The tool in this paper is a based on complex networks which integrates data preprocessing,modeling,analysis and visualization.It can provides a general data mining process for many scientific researchers such as biologists,medical scientists,sociologists,physicists,etc.This tool has the following two advantages: 1)the general data model;2)the powerful data analysis and visualization capabilities.In consideration of the great significance of visual analysis tool based on complex networks,the relevant visual analysis techniques was been studied.The research results as follows:The background,the significance and the relevant knowledges were been researched.This paper firstly introduced the significance of visual analysis tools and the development of these tools.An analysis system based on complex networks was been designed and implemented.This paper illustrated the architecture and functions of the analysis system,and then introduced the realization method of core module.The availability of the analysis system was been verified by using scientific collaboration networks.
