Road traffic threatens our life safety, according to the domestic and international traffic accident statistics analysis, fatigue driving is one of the main reasons of causing a traffic accident. Therefore,in view of the fatigue test to determine the research is of great significance to the traffic safety in China. At present, the main of fatigue driving detection methods is the study of only one module, there are two shortcomings:(1)through additional equipment, such as wearing a bracelet, increase the infrared scanners, increased the cost, and to a certain extent, affect the driving comfort.(2)using a single sensor for testing, has certain limitations, poor reliability and adaptability. This paper proposes a multiple sensor information fusion of fatigue test method,is to use four kinds of sensor real-time detection the driver to the operation of the gas pedal, brake pedal and steering wheel movement and vehicle speed, reoccupy integrated single-chip processing, eventually determine whether the driver in fatigue driving. The determination method is:through the detection in time threshold whether the driver operating the steering wheel, gas pedal or brake pedal, the driver whether in fatigue driving. If within the time threshold detection to the corresponding driving action,is judged to be safe driving; If not detected, determine driver in fatigue driving, and issue a safety warning signals. This method of the experiment is:test signals of development board slide rheostat signal, keying signal and temperature sensor signal, analog acquisition of driver related actions. And the speed in the case of medium speed when experiment. This design is verified by the experiment of fatigue test method has the feasibility and correctness.
