According to project requirements,this paper based on monocular visual digital wave measurement system in the measurement method with the multi-zone surface reconstruction.This method can meet the high-precision,real-time measurement which wave measurement needs.This paper describes the development status at home and abroad on the waves measured,which based on the study of monocular vision measurement method with line structured light applications.Combined with the water features,feature extraction from structured light vision measurement in terms of multi-zone measuring splicing method and surface 3D reconstruction,launched a series of studies,and the design is complete the corresponding experiment.Experiments show that the method used in the paper to meet the needs of the waves measured,high precision,real good.The main content of this paper include:1.The demand for the subject,describes the research background at home and abroad about the wave measurements research.Compared to other measurement methods,overview of the methods described herein Measurement System.2.Description of the bond line structured light monocular vision measurement principle of the method,and the characteristics and laser line image characteristics analysis in the water in the system to obtain a laser image of the image characteristics.The image characteristics of proposed sub regional binarization method,quickly search the laser region,and classify areas of different laser lines formed by laser extraction point.Experiments show that the method is feasible,high stability;it can quickly extract the laser spot.3.The measurement system according to the requirements of multiple regions,this paper presents a method for field splicing ICP is based.This method does not require measurement of the feature point matching the two regions,but is disposed within the first calibration target is measured by measuring the area of the two overlapping regions,in accordance with the measured data in both the target field of view,splicing calculated give the complete measurement data.4.The measurement requirements,the final three-dimensional reconstruction of the sea surface from the measured data.Based on the characteristics of sea surface measurements to study the three-dimensional surface reconstruction method,according to the characteristics of the system,a fast three-dimensional mesh surface reconstruction method,and use OpenGL to achieve the visualization software design.According to the experiment,it reflects the three-dimensional waves fluctuating situation well.5.The combined measurement system design,design experiments to verify system performance.Through experimental design,test systems for surface measurement precision,real-time and other parameters.Experimental results show that the system meets the requirements.
