Image Distortion Correction System Of Vein Projector Based On DLP

The vein projectors were used to make the image of the vein blood vessels under the skin,and then projected it to the corresponding position on the skin surface,so as to assist the medical personnel's venipuncture.Aiming at correcting the distortion caused by the skin roughness of the projection image of the device,this paper puts forward the corresponding solution: the distortion correction system is constructed based on DLP(Digital Lighting Processing)and the stereo vision equipment,using the image distortion and 3D points cloud processing.The research idea is to obtain the 3D point cloud data of the target using the projection equipment and stereo vision equipment.Secondly,based on the PCL technology,the points cloud information is segmented,and the processed image is projected to the target surface.The whole system includes two parts which are the image detection and the image processing.In the part of image detection,the DLP is developed,which makes functions about the grating projection,image projection,multi pattern projection.Secondly,the target object is captured by the above functions and the stereo vision equipment,and then transferred to the host.In the image processing part,the paper mainly analyzes three kinds of image distortion algorithms and makes comparison.Secondly,in the process of image 3D points cloud information,the paper mainly research on the surface reconstruction process and establishes the 3D points cloud processing method including points cloud segmentation,curvature estimation,distortion processing,and finally uses PCL(Point Cloud Library)technology to complete the points cloud segmentation.In this paper,the DLP technique is introduced into the venous blood vessel detection,and full used of the high definition projection and the characteristic of the development.3D points cloud technology and image distortion is introduced,which is a new attempt.
