Design And Realization Of Real-time Query System Of Mobile Police Vehicles

At the background of application development project of the traffic field,research and design have been carried out on the vehicle information query system based on Android platform.With the in-depth study of the license plate image recognition,this paper fulfilled the design and realized real-time vehicle information query system on Android platform.Content of this paper included the following:1.This paper studied and analyzed the relevant technology of vehicle query.Research on the current application status of vehicle information query system at home and abroad was also done,.Meanwhile,the research of mobile computing technology,Android system and software development environment,provides the technical basis for the design and implementation of the system.2.In the use of the system model,this paper accomplished a systematic analysis on both functional and non-functional.The system is set to adopt B/S architecture model while integrating mobile computing technology.3.A detailed plan regarding the design of the system database using an SQL Server database to design a variety of data.The realized backend server used for this study is based on VC++ with an MVC three-layer structure.The server's communication channel,Socket communication system is also mentioned.4.This paper researched and achieved the application of license plate image recognition.It's the license plate image recognition technology based on jump points and geometric features that provided accurate location tracking on the plate;In terms of character segmentation,this paper used the character segmentation threshold rules;To address the issue of digital recognition of both numbers and characters on license plate image,this paper adopted the technology of Tesseract OCR engine combining Leptonica image processing.5.The system was tested in the end,including the system function test,the license plate image recognition and performance test.After testing,the function of this paper was completely in line with the design requirements.The server can handle nearly 5W service request simultaneously.
