Through the analysis of the conditions of use to meet fire fighting robot,determined by the tracked mobile,to determine the overall scheme of the design of the tracked robot fire,three-dimensional modeling and mapping by using Solidworks 3D software,including water spraying mechanism,the whole structure,the crawler chassis mechanism;by choosing the appropriate hardware,in use the software code editor,built the control system,to achieve control of the fire fighting robot crawler.By using Solidworks software in the simulation plug-in function,finite element stress analysis of the core components of crawler robot fire in these parts,get the stress,dangerous interface parameters,thus carries on the check;and Solidworks software can check out the interference phenomenon,after reasonable modification.The crawler robot fire mechanical analysis in the process of water spray,can be tracked to subvert the fire fighting robot in the process of water spray conditions,stability check of crawler robot fire,verify the crawler robot fire is safe in the process of water spray;at the same time for the robot to provide mechanical parameters in the process of using,optimization design for improve the performance of crawler robot provides the basis for the fire.Through the analysis of kinematics and dynamics of a crawler type fire fighting robot,motion trajectory can be tracked in a straight line and turning when the fire robot is obtained,the technical parameters of the design from the theory,the overall situation that can grasp the fire-fighting robot,to guarantee the stability of the mechanical part.
