With the rapid development of computer technology and simulation technology,real-time online physical or semi-physical simulation technology has gradually became an important means of various design of control system or development of controller.In order to improve the efficiency of the control method and solve the problems encountered in the research of control methods,a reliable simulation platform of hardware-in-the-loop control system is needed,aiming at online coding,downloading and debugging,and system simulation,which enables high efficient,fast research and development of control methods and controllers.This thesis designs a dspace-based real-time hardware-in-loop simulation platform,which accomplishes the rapid prototyping and test of the controller.It is also able to realize the real-time online control through MATLAB/Simulink.Based on this platform,the application of intelligent PID control method is studied.Firstly,this thesis introduces the design of hardware-in-the-loop simulation experiment platform based on dSPACE real-time system,including the hardware part: dSPACE real-time system temperature control and motor speed control experimental device are designed.For the software part: the method of control system presented with Matlab / Simulink Block diagram model translated to C programming language and then download to dSPACE motherboard,ControlDesk real-time online debugging and design system PC interface with GUI.Secondly,this thesis introduces the conventional PID control method,the genetic algorithm optimization PID control method and single neuron adaptive PID control principle.Three different kinds of controllers are designed respectively according to the optimization of process control typical electric heating furnace temperature and motion control in permanent magnet DC motor,which aims at solving the problem of temperature parameter and speed parameter quickly and efficiently by using dSPACE hardware-in-the-loop simulation control platform.Finally,this thesis applies the conventional PID method,the genetic optimizing PID method and single neuron self-adaptive PID method to the temperature control of typical electric heating furnace in process control and the speed control of permanent magnet DC motor in motion control.Simulation experiments and dSPACE-based semi-physical simulation experiments are performed.The application results of the above three algorithms show that the intelligent PID method proposed in this thesis can shorten the period of optimal control compared to the traditional PID method,and it comes with a simple structure,easy implementation.The optimal PID control method has the advantages of small overshoot,short regulation time and the steady-state error almost zero.The hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform based on dSPACE can provide reliable simulation results.Hardware system makes the control method of the research process faster and higher efficient.
