In recent years,with the development of the logistics industry in our country,the demand of the logistics warehousing robot market is also increasing.The logistics warehouse management system has gradually become more automated and intelligent.Warehouse management system of logistics robot,robot to replace human work,not only can save labor costs and reduce improper handling damage to people,but also can improve the work efficiency of the storage system.Therefore,this paper designs a logistics warehouse mobile robot system based on STM32,and realizes the function of information management in logistics warehousing.The main work of this paper is as follows :First of all,according to the requirements of the design of logistics warehouse mobile robot system,this paper gives the concrete implementation plan and the system work flow.Secondly,according to the specific requirements of the system design,design and build the hardware structure of the logistics of mobile robot,the hardware structure of the main control chip,power supply module,RFID card module,infrared sensor,obstacle avoidance module,XBee wireless communication module,servo module,QTI line inspection module etc..Thirdly,according to the requirements of the hardware modular design and system design,the software design of the logistics warehouse mobile robot system is carried out,including the upper computer software design and the lower computer software design.Then,the path planning algorithm of mobile robot logistics has also made research paper on the A* algorithm and the firefly algorithm is studied and improved,improved the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by simulation experiments.Finally,experimental platform of logistics for mobile robot,including the design of physical space,material,shelf,robot wireless communication and material scanning function test,at the same time,the successful implementation of the warehouse logistics system of mobile robot material storage management functions.
