The planar reflector array antenna combines the characteristics of the traditional parabolic antenna and the microstrip antenna,which makes the reflective surface flat,without complex feeding structure,low profile,simple processing and low cost.It is not only inherited the conventional advantages of planar reflective array antenna,but also has the advantages of light weight,small volume,low cost,folding and unfolding,and has wide application prospect.In this paper,the realization of X-band collapsible plane-reflective array antenna is studied in detail.The concrete contents are as follows:1.In order to realize the collapsible characteristics of planar reflective array antenna,choosing a flexible plate as a dielectric material is a crucial step in this paper.Through the extensive research and the actual situation,the polyimide film material is used as the dielectric material of the research antenna.It has the characteristics of thin thickness,good toughness and wear resistance,and can be folded and unfolded,which conforms to the design requirements of this paper.2.In order to broaden the antenna bandwidth and reduce the difficulty of processing,a simple structure with multi-resonant characteristics is proposed.Based on the influence of structural parameters,incident angle and frequency on the phase shift curve of the antenna element,the linear phase shift curve in the broadband range is optimized,and the design scheme of the antenna element structure is given.3.Based on the unit structure given above,a small diameter(180mm×180mm)collapsible planar array antenna is designed.The simulation results show that the plane array antenna has the same far field pattern as the parabolic surface of the same diameter.At the frequency(relative bandwidth of 20%)Range,the maximum gain drop is less than.Preliminary verification of the accuracy of the unit,for the production of large diameter antenna laid the foundation.4.Designed a large diameter(300mm×324mm)foldable planar reflective array antenna,and completed the processing and testing.The test results show that the maximum measured side gain is the lowest measured gain,the maximum measured gain falls within the range of frequency(relative bandwidth of 20%),and the wide bandwidth characteristic is realized.At the center frequency,the measured gain is,the sidelobe level is,the beam width is 6.1 degrees,when the antenna diameter efficiency is 50.6%,to achieve high radiation efficiency.Media material itself can be curled,light weight and thickness is very thin,only 0.05 mm,to achieve a foldable,lightweight,Shoulong small size and other characteristics.
