In China,almost every traditional telecom operator in all provinces has its own charging system,with individual network construction that forms different charging system.When the charging system process huge data,there is a lot of problem in efficiency,stability and security.It needs to upgrade the hardware resources to solve the problems,but the operators' profits could not continue to support high hardware costs of traditional IOE architecture.For these reasons,it is urgent to develop new charging system with a high degree of scalability and flexibility that can process huge data effectively,and moreover,it could not cost too much.In this thesis,it is discussed how to use cloud computing environment by telecom charging system in the case of huge data transmission to realize single spot stop,upgrading and fault handling,and moreover,how to remodel and increase functions on software system on the basis of reference to historical telecom operators' charging system.The main contents are as follows:1.It is discussed to develop new software architecture on the proposals to reduce costs and increase benefits based on stable business support.2.Research on solution of high reliability: it is proposed that distribute business data to multiple business computers by load device so that when one business computer fails,others can keep working.3.Research on solution of high extensibility: it is proposed that use stateless deployment to business computers to achieve seamless horizontal extension.4.Research on solution of cloud computing environment of software: it is proposed that unifiedly dispatch the business computer cluster,Redis cluster,DFS cluster and Kalka cluster by cloud platform administration module.5.Research on solution of software's nationwide multipoint deployments and telecommunications: it is proposed that exchange data among network elements through proprietary signaling,control functions,clear data exchange processes and specific protocols,and make the exchange more timely,the interface more simple,the software more reliable and high-performance.Research results indicate that the cloud-enabled charging system can upgrade system's performance effectively,and reduce high-quality hardware configuration's needs and network equipment's pressure.It is beneficial to break telecom operators' barriers and realize national unified business support.
