The reactor is an important inductive electric power system,the main function of series reactor in power system is used to limit the short-circuit current is also useful in the filter series or parallel capacitor and to limit the high frequency harmonics.With the construction of UHV power grid,UHV equipment industry will be rapid development,its market demand is showing rapid growth.However,the current reactor mainly depends on manual assembly,need to cost a lot of human waste,and assembly of low productivity,rough process,production quality,production capacity can not meet the market demand.In view of the traditional assembly reactor low efficiency and poor quality problems,analyzed and summarized a series of problems need to be solved,and the analysis of the current industrial robot at home and abroad to guide the assembly of machine vision,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the technology,to develop the overall design scheme of the reactor assembly center.The design includes three parts: actuator,reactor assembly center control system and yoke vision positioning system.Driving mode and transmission scheme selection of the motor drive and screw drive as the executing agency,according to the assembly sequence reactor parts of the mechanical structure of the actuator design,and according to the function and role of the modular.The host computer and PLC motion control mode between the host computer via serial communication with the PLC,the reactor assembly center motion control system is analyzed,the selection of control system hardware,the software of PLC,a detailed account of the control system of the origin of regression,manual mode,automatic mode and abnormal alarm principle and realization process,finally elaborated the principle of serial communication,and realize the use of WinForm in Serial Port programming.In order to ensure the reactor yoke and the connecting piece precision assembly,designed yoke assembly vision positioning system based on machine vision,according to the actual demand of image processing to select the camera lens and the light source of the yoke vision positioning system to solve the calibration image between the yoke and the connection strap hole and the actual size proportion.In the yoke assembly hole positioning recognition,elaborated the principle of median filtering,Canny operator and Hough transform,andanalyzes the median filtering,Canny operator and Hough transform effect by Matlab experiment.False edge problems in connection with the sheet hole edge extraction operator yoke for the traditional Canny,the traditional Canny operator is improved by using adaptive median filtering instead of Gauss filtering algorithm to improve the adaptability,eliminate the false edge.This paper introduces the development of the reactor assembly system,and expounds the function and program design of the system.
