Research And Implementation Of Personalized Travel Recommendation System Based On Collaborative Filtering Recommendation

In Information era,the rich tourist information resources raises the problem of"Information Overload" and can not meet people's requirements.For domestic travel website,find that most is just according to the users' browsing content and hotspots to give recommendation,even just to provide users with the basic tourism information query service,lack of distinctive personalized recommendation service.In order to solve this problem and help people have effective data information,from three levels,this paper analyses the present research situation.First,we analyze the domestic and foreign research and application status quo of personalized recommendation,finding there is few domestic tourism recommendation system,even it can not be called a personalized recommendation because of lacking in-depth research on personalized recommendation about users' behavior and travel items' inner link.Based on this research,then refresh the recommendation system on abroad and homely research status quo and analyze the various recommendation technology application field.Finally,based on the analysis of the current research and application of Collaborative Filtering Recommendation,in order to provide reference for the personalized recommendation model.According to the study of the concept of personalized travel,put forward the concept of personalized travel recommendation,introduce relevant recommendation system technology,the concept of Collaborative Filtering Recommendation and the data collection technical concepts.Research on the present typical travel recommendation process and recommendation algorithm,analyze the key problems,in order to solve the problem,analyze the application feasibility of collaborative filtering algorithm,and to alleviate the flaws of the collaborative filtering itself,use the personalized recommendation of travellers' characteristics and properties of the travel item and use the application of clustering algorithm to combine with the collaborative filtering algorithm,finally desiginer and complete a model of personalized travel recommendation based on collaborative filtering algorithm.Based on the model of the design goals,design personalized recommendation system framework,and use the design framework of the personalized recommendation system based on collaborative filtering of each function module to completing each module,and then design the database tables.Finally,use a development tool to complete the personalized travel recommendation system based on collaborative filtering,show the key function interface and test the system.In this paper,the existing key problems existing in the tourism recommendation system is analyzed,based on the model of collaborative filtering technology,through the experiment show that the model is effective to solve the key problems.To realize the system of the recommended indexes related test,the test results show the implementation of tourism recommendation system have good recommendation effect performance and good recommendation.
