Gait instability is often influenced by environmental interference during the normal walking process.Currently, slip is the most common form of gait instability at daily life.In such a silp phenomenon, the body will use the external and internal conditions to maintain the body's balance. This paper focuses on internal factors of the body play a role during silping process.Muscle movement is an important movement inside the human body.EMG can better reflect the state of human muscle activity and functional status at the time of the occurrence of autonomic response.Establish the physical and mathematical models of human motion and analyze the gait balance and silp phenomenon. This test through simultaneous use of surface electromyography system and Vicon motion capture system to collect 10 healthy males lower extremities each muscle EMG and gait parameters after silp.Analyze and compare major muscles EMG and gait parameters response characteristics of the three lower limb joint after the subjects happen silp because the external environment disturbance.Study concluded the following aspects:1.Collected gait parameters of the joint angle joint moment, and ground reaction force of the ankle, knee and hip.Compare the gait parameters difference between fall and success recovery balance after silp by ANOVA.2.Collected EMG parameters of lower limb sixteen major muscle include muscular activation latency, muscular peak amplitude,time-to-peak,and co-contraction index.Compare the EMG parameters difference between fall and success recovery balance after silp by ANOVA.3.Combined EMG signal with gait parameters analysis,it is concluded that the muscle is how to make the movement to change the body to maintain balance. And the results are compared with the results of the model analysis. The results showed that Ankle dorsiflexion, knee flexion, hip extension of the perturbed leg and knee extension and hip extension of the unperturbed leg there are a significant contribution during the process of balance recovery after slips.Muscular activation latency was no significant difference between balance recovery and fall.Meanwhile,we can get the roles of different lower extremity muscle groups in balance recovery after slips. These conclusions may better reveal the internal body factors about gait pummeling behavior.Such knowledge may be useful for establishing guidelines for developing fall prevention strategies in the workplace.
