The Application Of Image Processing In The Detection Of The Spirit Level Trademark

With the development of computer science and technology,machine vision and image processing technology has become a hot research field,and been widely used in industrial production.In the era of industrial globalization,many private enterprises has begun to develop the global market,and thus the quality of the trademark is particularly important for the product.When the product label has problems,not only it will be inconvenient for consumers to use the product,but also it will have deeply impact on the image of enterprises in globalization.This paper,entrusted by an enterprise,has developed a software based on windows aimed at the spirit level trademark.The main work is as follows:different from the traditional trademark defects identification scheme,this paper has added the step of linear correction,which can make the algorithm more robust and can adapt to the more kinds of environment,such as oblique spraying etc.in the spraying process.In order to improve the real-time performance of the algorithm,the rough matching scheme is used to detect the fuzzy region,which can improve the time efficiency of the matching.At the same time,we design a scheme to remove the artifacts from the two different images and extract the trademark defects.Finally,we use the classification of the defects to complete the defect recognition.
