With the continuous development of the mobile communication technology,mobile communication is committed to provide users with high speed,low energy consumption,low latency,personalized and many other novel services.Device-to-Device(D2D)communication as a technology in the future mobile communication system which has a great prospect in the development of communication technology is also becoming more perfect.D2D communication technology can not only reduce the terminal transmitting power and increase the spectrum efficiency of cellular communication system,but can also help users download contents from neighboring users,thereby reducing the load rate of the cellular network base station and improving the throughput of the system.In this paper,we focus on the design of the user's incentive and allocation mechanism in the content sharing of D2D communication.In this paper,we propose a comprehensive scoring incentive mechanism to encourage more users to participate in the D2D content sharing process.The mechanism not only considers the current transmission rate and content of sending users,but also the history content supply record.On the other hand,the mechanism selects the content provider with the appropriate transmission rate to transmit the content through the D2D communication.The simulation results show that the proposed mechanism can be used to encourage users to participate in the D2D content sharing process more frequently and safely,thus reducing the load of the base station.This paper also proposes a content distribution mechanism for content providers,which is combined with the proposed incentive mechanism into distributing problem.The distributing problem is changed into the problem of selecting matrix elements,and finally through the Hungarian algorithm to obtain the optimal solution,the content of sending users reasonably allocated to different contents after receiving the D2D communication content sharing users.Simulation results show that the proposed D2D communication content sharing incentive and distribution mechanism to achieve good results,with the increasing of the number of content providers,based on three aspects of content providers scoring has increased gradually,and the Hungarian algorithm after the distribution of all content receiving user selected provider,and the average score is gradually increasing.
