With the development of manufacturing and the diversification of electronic product,surface-mount technology(SMT)got unprecedented development and application,at the same time,improve the production efficiency of SMT has important practical significance.In this paper,combining with the discrete Frechet distance measure which has a common application in the field of similarity discriminant,combined with the multi-objective optimization and together with evolution algorithm to solve the multi-objective optimization problems of surface mount process,in order to improve the production efficiency of surface mount system.Firstly on the brief introduction of the characteristics of the SMT components and process on the basis of combining the structure and technological process of surface mount machine,analyzes the main factors influencing the efficiency of the surface mount process,based on the multi-objective mathematical model is established,including put sequence,the distribution of the feeder position and number of suction nozzle to replace,and briefly analyzes the optimization method to solve the model.Through the analysis about the concept of sequence similarity,similarity theory in the similarity measure based on distance of discrete Frechet distance is put forward,considering its successful application in the field of curve similarity measure,the reference to the sequence similarity measure,and solve some of the deficiencies in the application,discrete Frechet distance measure is put forward,combined with the multi-objective optimization,using it as a system dynamic development process of whole proximity analysis method,to guide the optimization algorithm of parallel search to solve multi-objective optimization problems of surface mount.Frechet distance measure first described multi-objective optimization problem by the sequence,with the reference sequence and compare sequence characterization of the optimal objective set and the ideal objective set,and the process sequence should normalize and multidimensional,discrete Frechet distance measure in order to improve the calculation accuracy and in the process of significance,and then complete the solution of discrete Frechet distance between reference sequence and compare sequence.Introduce the basic principle and the flow of the differential evolution algorithm and the particle swarm optimization algorithm.Improve the algorithm with the discrete Frechet distance measure,make it can be applied to surface mount process of multi-objective optimization,and expounded in detail the concrete implementation process of differential evolution algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm based on the discrete Frechet distance measure in multi-objective surface mount process optimization.Through matlab programming,as well as for intuitive show the simulation analysis process,using matlab GUI interface design to compare improved algorithm based on discrete Frechet distance measure with the traditional algorithm.For measure the advantages of algorithm from various aspects qualitatively,multiple indexes are adopted and verified from different aspects,and the indexes have achieved the expected effect.
