In recent years,with the developing of high-tech and intelligent automated productions,and the increasing demand for artificial intelligence,robots gradually come to people's life.Thus,the gaming robot has been developed.The game robot has a certain market demand and research value,because of low R&D costs,small size and flexible control.It can be used as a good companion and teaching tool for entertaining.It can meet requirements of high precision and rapid response,also meet the premise of flexibility and economy.The paper has been focused on robot technology and computer games.A MOD of manipulator has been designed to realize human-computer interact games.In order to achieve an interactive game,Arduino and MATLAB have been used to complete the control of grasping pieces,capturing pieces,checking and other functions.It also used machine vision to get information and game algorithm for location.The structure of the ABB460 has been used for reference as a classic structure for the robot design.Two parallelogram mechanisms has been also used in this paper.Then,the key parts and special parts,such as flanges and motor frames have been designed.In addition,the related actions have been analyzed and simulated.The workspace of the robot has been estimated by MATLAB.For the driving system,game system and machine vision system were made up for the robot control system based on the Arduino and MATLAB,by using automatic calibration method,the binary algorithm and Hough transform in sub-regions.The gaming robot has been involved serial special technology,such as communication technology,machine vision technology,image processing technology and other key technologies.Some experiments verifies that the robot and its control system can basically complete the game task.The paper provides a good reference to artificial intelligence products and machine visual control on theory and practice.
