As medical information technology and domestic medical imaging is rapidly developing,it greatly promotes development of motion control technology.Embedded motion control technology plays an important role in realizing the medical imaging equipment?systematic?accurate and real-time network.The communication protocol has become the main controlling way of motor movement function.So this thesis design the motion control subsystem based on uC/OS operating system.First,this thesis introduces the current development situation of motion control system,and explains the significance of its implementation.Then this thesis states composition principle of motion control subsystem and the main problem in detail.Secondly,this thesis mainly states hardware and software from two aspects.This thesis mainly includes:on the one hand,based on X-ray diagnostic equipment motion subsystem of uC/OS-?software system.The X-ray motion subsystem controlling board uses the C8051F121 MCU as the core device which produced by Silicon Laboratories Company.CPLD embeds software system as the extending interface.Through single chip microcomputer,it is conducted by peripheral circuit to communicate with main computer and control the horizontal and vertical movement of X-ray diagnostic equipment table,the pressure movement of compressor motor,table tiling movement,Collect the movement location at any time.On the other hand,it can determine the current position of the table through limit switch and encoders of the X-ray diagnostic equipment,Owing to using single chip microcomputer as the core control device in the movement control board,motor movement is controlled by frequency converter and server with motor communication protocol.This style greatly simplifies the complexity of the hardware design,reduce the cost of printed control board and increase the reliability of the system.Because the X-ray diagnostic equipment uses frequency converter RS485 communication and the server RS422 communication protocol,it significantly reduces the connection between the systems and has higher anti-interference ability.The single chip microcomputer collects motor movement data to PC,monitors all movement control functions to protect the safety of patients to achieve the fault diagnosis and protection of table movement.Finally,motion control subsystem control board realized debugging function on X-ray diagnostic equipment,through the system EMC testing,the motion control subsystem conforms to system reliability.This thesis concludes completing work and future development,also puts forward to the shortcomings in current system and improvement requirement.
