With the rapid development of Internet and national "three rural" issues increasingly takes all kinds of agricultural information websites springing into being. Faced with various types of agricultural information websites, looking for valuable information in vast amounts of data, the content of interest, for a limited technical level of agricultural users, it is a difficult thing. How to build an effective recommendation system that provides personalized information recommendation services for agricultural users, help users from the "people looking for information" to "information to look for", the agricultural sector has become the information needed to solve the problem.On the basis of comprehensive research background, significance, research status at home and abroad, based on in-depth study of data mining, Web mining, personalized recommendation of the relevant theoretical knowledge. Agricultural information site for problems is proposed based on Web log mining Agricultural Information personalized recommendation system solutions. Specific studies are as follows:1.A method by double threshold control, improve the Item-Based Semantic text-based collaborative filtering features improved algorithm recommendation result accuracy.2.Based on the contents of the study recommended core processes, including feature extraction, text, vector, said user interest model. Consider the case of newly registered users, summed up the registration information based on user recommendation algorithm.3.Recommendation based on content recommendation, user registration information recommendation and collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm based on Item-Based is proposed to solve the problems existing in the field of personalized recommendation of agricultural information.4.Design and implement the personalized recommendation system of agricultural information based on Web log mining. The experiment verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm and the system.
