An exhibition tour guide is one of the most effective ways to help viewers get detailed information about the exhibition. Some audio guide systems also realize the function of route recommendation through positioning technology, so that visitors can visit the exhibition in a certain logical order, and help to fully understand the whole exhibition. Nowadays, the lack of barrier-free design in audio guide system design is one of the reasons for the poor experience. Therefore, this article will explore the design of the exhibition audio guide system from the perspective of accessibility design, and study how the audio guide system can better serve the people with obstacle, besides satisfying the basic requirement.Based on the application of Kano model, this paper firstly analyzes the traditional audio guide model, extracts the steps from the experience model of the existing audio guide products, and deconstructs the function. Then, through the design of questionnaires, questionnaires and quality model analysis, this paper analyzes the basic needs of audio guide products and finds out the expectation-type requirements. The author also puts forward the charm demand of audio guide system. Kano model provides a scientific, targeted audience demand extraction method, and the demand into the product design elements, according to the scale of the barrier-free design principles to develop. Finally, the design practice of barrier-free exhibition audio guide system is introduced.By exploring the barrier-free design of the audio guide system and optimizing the audio guide service, the exhibition guide can serve all kinds of people in a more comprehensive way, and improve the usage rate and the satisfaction degree of the audio guide system.
