Through software support as well as the interaction of cloud data, wearable devices bring great changes to our life. Wearable devices are intelligent terminal of the next hot spot and it's future will be very broad. National support for the industrigent wearable devices will also speed up the intelligent wearable equipment in our country. Our country will also enter the wearable device era. Smart watchs are typical of wearable equipment, is entering the explosive growth stage.After years of development and maturity, transparent computing technology has been successfully applied to China's large-scale metallurgical enterprises of industrial control system and engineering design department since it was put forward by Zhang Yaoxue. It achieved the engineering design and engineering control of the security, high maintenance and reliability.Based on the university students' demand of smart watch and transparent computing technology to the demand of hardware platform, this paper puts forward the design scheme of smart watch which with transparent computing technology. The hardware circuit of the smart watch is designed and correspongding software module design. According to the core idea of transparent computing, the software framework of transparent smart watch is designed, which includes the framework of the watch system and the function framework of the transparent conputing server.The transparent smart watch developed by this paper has passed the Bluetooth antenna performance test and the electromagnetic compatibility test. It proves the rationality of the hardware and software design of the smart watch, and the product performance is reliable and practical, and can realize the production target.
