Control system is a management system, which is composed of control subject, control object and control medium, and has its own objective and function.Hence it widely used in scientific and engineering fields. On the one hand,a system with delays is ubiquitous;time-delays are one of the main factors causing systems poor performance or even instability. On the other hand,non-linearity are common exists in the practical system, which increases the difficulty of system analysis and control. Therefore, the analysis and synthesis on control system with non-linear and time-delays are very significant to theoretical research and practical application. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:The stability analysis problem for non-linear systems with time-delay is investigated. Some sufficient conditions for the stability of the system are obtained by using Lyapunov-Krasovskii(L-K)stability theorem, convex analysis approach and linear matrix inequality(LMI)technique, and the feasibility of the sufficient condition can be verified by solving a convex optimization problem. The H?filter design problem for non-linear control systems with time-delay is investigated.By using L-K stability theorem,delay-decomposition technique and stochastic theory, then a filter satisfying a given suppression performance index is obtained. Finally,a numerical example has been given to demonstrate the effective and reliability of proposed theory. The observer design problem for non-linear time-delay systems with disturbance and fault is investigated. The optimal performance of observer is not only for the external disturbance, but also for the fault detection is obtained by using L-K stability theorem,LMI technique and an optimal algorithm. Finally,a numerical example has been given to demonstrate the effective of proposed theory. The fault-tolerant control for a non-linear system with unperfected communication is investigated. The performance of control systems is optimized by introducing a novel event-triggered algorithm, and delay-dependent stability criterion for the system is derived. Finally,a practical numerical example for the stabilization of batch reactor has been given to demonstrate the validity and reliability of the proposed theory.
