With the popularity of Internet technology and human resources management concept of innovation,EHR(Electronic Human Resource)system,the combination of the two,came into being.Through the use of IT network technology for human resources(HR)management technology EHR system build a standardized,networked,flexible deployed platform for HR management,and help share enterprise information;and make management process more simple,maximize the scope of general staff self-service to improve the efficiency of the approval process;change management functions,achieve systematic,comprehensive,strategic human resources management;help enterprise evolve from human resource management to human resource planning.Generally,EHR system includes modules such as performance,attendance,training,personnel,salary,recruitment and so on.It covers every link of human resource management in the enterprise and help enterprises realize the systematic and strategic layout of human resource management.In this thesis,the design and implementation of human resource management EHR system as a research topic,the main contents are as follows:(1)Designed the database system design and created database table,the final data consistency solution was proposed to ensure that the basic data was right between the various subsystems,divided the basic data and subsidiary data into different table to avoid the problem that data in a single database table is too large;Optimized SQL statements for database query performance bottlenecks;(2)Built the development environment,used Spring + MyBatis framework to achieve the system MVC layered,to ensure high scalability;used Spring Security and database technology to complete the system permissions control;followed the code specification and used Java to pragramming and achieve each module;(3)Built the test environment.Made system module testing,integration testing to ensure to the beauty of the interface style,the right when HR operated system to add or remove or insert or delete or import or export data and the right of the data transferedbetween subsystems and the system and external system.The problems exposed in the test were repaired and improved to ensure that the system met the demand.The unique feature of this thesis lies in:(1)In the database system design,the final data consistency solution is proposed for the public data in the EHR system,so that the public data can be added and deleted freely in each subsystem to ensure the final correctness of the data.(2)Using of database technology and JSTL technology to achieve display interface directory loading dynamically,by this way greatly reducing the development time of the front of the Web to improve the code,data multiplexing.(3)By using the HTTP Session this thesis has realized the long-distance area,role access control system,so as to complete the needs of enterprises across regions and role management.
