With the development of Tri-networks Convergence. The technology and business of telecom, the internet and broadcasting and TV network has been integrated. Under such background, according to the actual project, I discussed and studied how to design and implement a multi-screen interactive system under the condition of broadcasting and TV networks in this paper to meet the business needs of the broadcasting and TV company.The purpose of design and implementation of multi-screen interactive system is the combination of TV, mobile phones and the internet services, which is based on the new internet service mode to change the traditional TV mode. The system not only has to be achieved with multi-screen, multi-screen live and multi-screen continued broadcasting function, but also has to make the broadcasting and TV operators'HD video broadcasting, on demand business and related services can be crossed platforms and terminals.The specific work of the subject includes two parts, which is the construction of HD interactive platform and the implementation of the multi-screen interactive system. In the HD interactive platform part, I mainly do the work of network transmission design, video and audio parameters selection, media resources system set up, media content injection and management. In the multi-screen interactive system part, the main work includes system structure design, subsystem detailed design, business process design, etc. The main work of system structure design is design the structure of the system, divided the system into modules and the implementation of each modules. Subsystem detailed design is the further research of the multi-screen interactive system, including technical parameters selection, definition of functions and the system docking work. Business process design is to provide the complete business processes including multi-screen broadcast, continued broadcasting, across the screen control etc. functions. In addition, I also designed the system equipment deployment mode. The design and implementation of the multi-screen interactive system can make multi-network access and upgraded for the third party. And eventually complete the business integration of TV platform, mobile network platform and internet platform.
