The output of the electro-hydraulic position servo control system has excellent accuracy performance,and has the ability to quickly and automatically reproduce the changing laws of input quantity.It is widely used in the fields of national defense and civilian industry,and plays an irreplaceable role in the development of science and technology.In recent years,the dynamic characteristics of the system,such as,steady-state characteristics,bandwidth,accuary and other properties demand higher requirements.Superiority-inferiority of its performance has become the key design.Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA)is widely used in the field of military navigation and mobile radar because of its short design cycle,abundance of on-chip resources,and unlimited loading and on-site programming capability.Application in industrial automation has experienced rapid expansion in-depth control systems based on FPGA,and can overcome the PLC and SCM control system functions;it can also overcome the shortcomings of false real-time PC control systems to meet the electro-hydraulic position servo control system for reliability in real-time.It is suited for a wide range of applications.In this paper,a hydraulic servo control system design project for a company in the comprehensive analysis of the hydraulic servo system works,according to the control requirements of the system to complete the hydraulic part of the performance analysis of each module and device selection,and proposed To Cyclone IV FPGA as the core of the controller program.In the development and design of the system controller,with the FPGA as the center,through the expansion of AD/DA conversion circuit,DI/DO interface circuit and serial interface circuit module,the system controller has rich hardware and the serial interface circuit and other modules of the expansion,making the system controller has a wealth of hardware resources,and the design of the corresponding signal condition circuit,which can be controlled objects,sensors and controllers corresponding to the module between the standard signal phase match.In addition,with Quartus II and Modelsim as the development environment and simulation platform,the programming,compiling,simulation and debugging of AD/DA interface module and DI/DO interface module are completed in Verilog HDL language.The mathematical modeling and simulation analysis of the control system Verification,in order to control and debugging.To make the controller have good control characteristics,the PID control strategy with dynamic pressure feedback is used in the mathematical modeling and simulation analysis.Finally,in the filed experiment,the host computer communicates with the controller through the RS-232 serial port,realizes the real-time data interaction,and displays the processing result in the form of the curve for the data analysis the processing and the parameter adjustment.The results show that the controller can meet the overall task requirements of the control system and achieve the expected results.
