The rapid development and extensive application of integrated circuit have greatly changed people's living,especially,the wearable application made people's living become very colorful.Demand is also growing,and it promote the development of integrated circuit.The system of integrated also become more and more large and complexity,to meet the needs of people.Bandgap Voltages reference have important influence in other model for it supply the reference for other model,and it must be high accuracy and stability.It also is one of the vital basic module which is widely adopted in analog circuits.Thus,to research and design of high performance voltage reference is necessary.In several basic voltage reference,the band-gap voltage reference is the most widely used one because of its Compatibility with CMOS process.The purpose of this paper is to design a kind of band-gap voltages reference with low temperature coefficient.In this paper,the present situation and developmental trend of band-gap voltage reference studies both at home and abroad are presented.The principle and structure of voltage reference are analyzed in detail,and the performance index and the significance also is introduced,then influence factors of temperature coefficient is proposed and the improvement measure is given,the overall design circuit is designed,including common-source amplifier,biasing circuit,starting circuit and band-gap core circuit with increasing the ratio of collector current of the transistor in the PTAT current generating circuit to reduce the influence caused by the offset,to accomplish the design of low temperature coefficient bandgap reference according to this method.In this paper,the circuit is based on CSMC double poly 0.5?m CMOS technology and simulating with the Cadence.The simulation results show that the temperature coefficient is 10.8ppm/ ? at-40 ? ~125 ?,and the zero temperature coefficient point is 27??The Power Supply Rejection is 40 d B with the temperature ranger of 1.6V-2.6V,the operating current is 14.17?A,and the power consumption is 0.028 m W.It has meet the requirement of bandgap reference,and the layout of this design is also completed.
