In recent years,with maturity of various Internet technologies,the TV media industry has obtained rapid development in our country,while program scheduling level of TV programs has been raised increasingly.Many TV stations apply various program scheduling methods to attract audiences,winning extensive praises from them.A lot of traditional manual processing modes have lagged behind the times,due to which some mistakes may appear in successive linkage of scheduled programs,and quality and completeness of program broadcasting are influenced as well.Hence,in order to satisfy the increasingly higher requirements for TV program scheduling,it is necessary to design a type of software which can satisfy requirements of satellite TV program scheduling.Aiming at the problems existing in the current TV program scheduling work,a new-type internet based TV program scheduling system was designed.At first,the demand analysis of system was explained detailedly through doing adequate market research,and then the functional and non-functional demands of the system were analyzed.Secondly,based on the demand analysis,it designed overall architecture of the system as well as functional modules and a database.Thirdly,this research realized different functional modules of the system,and thus a TV program arrangement system with perfect functions was developed.At last,this research carries out functional testing and performance testing of the system,and testing results indicate that functions of the system can satisfy demands of actual applications.The new-type internet based TV program scheduling system adopts B/S architecture,J2 EE technologies,an Oracle database and a decision tree algorithm.With regard to the all-station network design,it adopts the interconnection architecture of ESB+EMB and has functions such as system management,program data management,advertisement data management,program list establishment and query statistics.The system can increase working efficiency of staffs,realize scientific management of TV programs and realize optimal configuration of program broadcasting time and contents.This research expects to help TV staffs produce high-quality TV programs and increase core competitiveness of TV stations by the system.
