The marine ecosystems has become an integral part of human, various countries also pay more and more attention to marine economy. Meanwhile, the marine Safety is also an important part of national defense building. There is a study of information fusion work in this paper about marine monitoring equipment, High Frequency Surface Wave Radar and Automatic Identification System. Firstly, we take the data of probe from the HFSWR and AIS as research subjects. Secondly, we handle both data information with Feature extracting, data preprocessing, filtering and updating, trace points associating. Lastly, we can infer the target enemy status, and others relevant information by the results. The research objective of this paper is analyzing the measured data of the AIS and HFSWR. Combine the advantages of both data to obtain complementary information. Finding the right algorithm of the point trace associated, to achieve tracking and detecting sea targets in real time. We can reduce duplication tracking through information fusion, to improve the detection efficiency, focus on non-cooperative target and ensure safety of the sea.Based on the objectives, contents of this paper include:extract feature parameters according to the characteristics of the data from the HFSWR and AIS. Use linear interpolation and extrapolation forecasting method to achieve time alignment in the time because of the different acquisition frequency. Due to the different coordinate system, we also achieve unified space by the use of spherical coordinate system. After the data preprocessing, we associate trace points and assess the status about sea targets using correlation statistics and PF-PDA. This paper test and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the two algorithms using simulation environment and real-time data. The results show that the algorithm has its value in engineering application and feasibility?...
