With the deepening of China's reform and opening up, in the modern enterprise development process, work with application software management of the enterprise,can not only improve the efficiency of management, also has a positive role in promoting the enterprises to establish a standardized and scientific work processes. If an enterprise wants to get healthy and sustainable development, must use modern human resources management measures, including the role of performance management can not be overlooked, it is the core content of human resources management. From the perspective of performance management to enterprise development strategy, formulate a unified goal, then the target is divided into several parts by different departments to complete the task, then sent to the Department of human resources and individuals, and then realize the strategic goal of enterprise unity. According to the enterprise strategic objectives and complete effect, analysis of all aspects of the different employees for enterprises to make contributions and work behavior, the establishment of standardized assessment criteria as performance, in order to constrain the behavior of employees, work guidelines. Through standardized and scientific performance management measures can not only ensure the enterprise staff's salary system to improve, but also is the enterprise staff training and occupation planning system to improve the staff's working enthusiasm can effectively enhance, and promote the enterprise management more scientific, more standard.Enterprise performance management, design conforms to the enterprise performance management software, should be carried out from two aspects, one is to carry out scientific planning according to its own characteristics and management methods; on the other hand is to ensure system integrity, practicality, safety, efficientand advanced in system design and development, improve the use of the effectiveness of the software. Therefore, this paper the design and implementation of performance management software mainly focuses on two aspects: the first, through the analysis and discussion of various materials of the existing performance management, and the management method of the advantages and disadvantages are compared, the scope of summary of performance management in different circumstances, to explore the development and Application status quo at home and abroad performance management software. Secondly, according to the function module and the processing model, performance management software system of this paper is to realize the universal application of the principles of design software application system development finally, using the B/S structure based on J2 EE framework, and describes the process of system design and function implementation.The performance management software system includes five functions respectively: 1 employee information management; 2 performance management; 3evaluation management; 4 salary management; 5 evaluation of accounting management Corresponding to the five functions of the five modules, the module selection is planning according to universal enterprise performance management, and finally determined through the demand analysis of the system, through the module design, database design, class design etc. Finally the system is realized.
